From the moment I entered this office I felt very welcome. The front desk clerk offered me water and I was told someone would be with me shortly. Sure enough within minutes I was whisked to the back to the most pleasant dental hygienist. I told her about my nerves and she was excellent at making me feel calm even humming at times because it keeps me distracted. At one point she was assisted by another hygienist and his light banter with me also lightened my mood. The dentist was exceptional, her explanations were easy to understand and her mannerisms were of someone who you may have known a long time. On leaving, all three ladies at the front desk asked me how a felt and if I was ok which also felt a great expression. Without a doubt I would recommend this dental office. Their service was second to none.

The office staff and everyone for a very nice and friendly. It makes you feel very comfortable. Lourdes the hygienist was fantastic she was gentle and kind and took her time when cleaning my teeth. I am so happy that I found this place and I will be going back to continue my treatment ☺️

My experience at West Lake Dental was absolutely amazing. The staff was cordial and very, very professional. Dr. Michelle gave me a thorough evaluation concerning an issue with my implant. She explained in detail what I need to do in order to resolve dental situation. Thanks again West Lake Dental Care Leroy Floyd

Courteous and skilled staff from the moment you walk in to the moment. Special mention to Kevin the Hygienist (sorry can’t remember his last name). Kevin provided exceptional customer service. Not only are his skills great; his communication skills are also excellent. I felt informed and comfortable the entire visit. Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do - lol - but the staff at Westlake help make the experience so much better.

This was my first visit at West Lakes Dental and I have great things to say about this place. The office was welcoming and clean. Tiffany was great to deal with and helped me with my insurance and was very polite. The dentist was very professional and friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you!
